Remote Coaching (Worldwide)

Monthly membership for athletes and active adults anywhere in the world.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly video check-ins
  • Unlimited messaging via WhatsApp
  • Send me your videos. I'll analyze for you.
  • Monthly adjustments based on your progress
  • Delivered via TrainHeroic app or Google Sheets (case by case)

FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What's the difference between 1:1 and 1:2 training?

1:1 is fully focused on you — your pace, your weaknesses, your program.

 

1:2 is for two people with similar goals (like two sprint swimmers  or two teammates of similar age). You share the session, so the cost is lower, but attention is shared. Both get results — just depends what you prefer.

Q: Which is better — 1:1 or 1:2?

Depends on you. If you want everything tailored just for you, go 1:1.

 

If you have a training partner and don't mind sharing the session, 1:2 is more affordable.

Q: Can I switch between 1:1 and 1:2 during my package?

Packages are specific to the service. If you want to switch, we can apply your remaining balance to a new package.

Q: What if my training partner cancels?

The session still runs. You can train 1:1 for that day, or reschedule when both are available.

Q: Do you offer remote coaching for pairs?

Remote coaching is 1:1 only. For pairs, in-person is best.

Q: Can I do a trial session before committing to a package?

Yes — free trial for 1:1 or 1:2. No commitment needed.

Q: Where do sessions take place?

On Hong Kong Island — Sheung Wan, Central, Mid-Levels, Peak. Outcalls available case by case.

Q: Do you train beginners or only athletes?

 Both. I work with general population, active adults, and competitive athletes.

Q: What's the remote coaching commitment?

Month to month. Cancel anytime.

Q: Do you offer student discounts?

Yes — student rates available for remote coaching. Just ask.
